Meet James Osborne – Founder of Xplore Financial Services
James didn’t start Xplore Financial Services to be just another mortgage broker. He started it because, after years in the industry, he saw how many brokers were simply selling loans rather than serving clients. He believed there had to be a better way – one built on strategy, care, and real partnership.
With a background in business and property development, James has helped clients from all walks of life achieve what they thought might not be possible – from first home buyers and investors to seasoned developers. For him, finance isn’t just about numbers – it’s about helping people grow their wealth, provide for their families, and sleep better at night.
He built Xplore Financial Services to challenge the status quo and deliver something more meaningful: long-term strategies with long-term clients. That’s why every relationship is built on trust, not transactions.
When he’s not working, you’ll find James out kayaking, sharpening his martial arts skills (he holds black belts in Jujitsu), or diving into something new to learn – the same mindset he brings to every client engagement.
